Vehicle circulation permit
All of the vehicle owners must have the Mandatory Insurance for Automotive Vehicles, who’s objective is to insure people that are injured in an accident in which such transportation means are participant. This insurance must be paid annually and is a requisite to obtain the vehicle ́s circulation permit. Therefore, the Mandatory Insurance for Automotive Vehicles covers injury and death of the people (pedestrians and vehicle occupants), victims of a car accident, whether or not there is subjective liability from the driver ( Transit Law 9078)
